Michèle Racine-Rainville

A hemato-oncologist is a medical specialist who treats blood diseases and cancers, particularly those affecting the bone marrow and blood cells. She diagnoses, monitors and treats disorders such as anemia, coagulation disorders, leukemia, lymphoma or myeloma, offering comprehensive, personalized care for each patient.

Dr. Michèle Racine-Rainville is a graduate of Université de Montréal, where she completed her training and specialization in hematology and oncology. From 2015 to 2018, she practiced at Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur and Hôpital de Saint-Eustache, before concentrating her practice at the latter institution, where she helped establish the Centre de cancérologie des Basses-Laurentides in 2017.

Her interest in hemato-oncology was sparked by her volunteer work at the Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau at Hôpital Sainte-Justine, an experience that has shaped her career path. She is also Director of Hematology at Ebovir Biotechnologie, a Canadian company specializing in circulating tumor DNA screening.

Today, she provides hematology and oncology services at the Priveo Santé clinic.
