Prenatal tests
Prenatal tests are essential medical examinations that are performed during pregnancy to assess the health of the fetus as early as the 10th week. They make it possible to detect possible genetic abnormalities or congenital diseases. These examinations provide valuable information to future parents and help health professionals to know the health status of the fetus.

Prenatal tests by taking blood at home allow pregnant women to perform medical examinations in the comfort of their home, thus avoiding travel and waiting in clinics. Medical visits can be stressful for some pregnant women. With home testing, they may feel more relaxed, which can benefit their well-being and that of the baby. In many cases, the results of prenatal tests by taking blood at home are available quickly, which allows important information to be obtained within the desired time frame.

In Quebec, a blood sample and analysis must be required by a health professional. It is therefore impossible for us to perform a blood test without a medical request.
