confidentiality incident that could cause serious harm; and<\/li>\n \t<li>Participate in identifying the risk of privacy breaches and notifying the responsible persons in the event of a confidentiality agreement and that it is recorded on the server;<\/li>\n \t<li>ensure that employees&#8217; access rights to the server are controlled;<\/li>\n \t<li>ensure that all Third-Party Providers have and comply with a privacy policy for personal information; and<\/li>\n \t<li>Participate in identifying the risks of confidentiality breaches and notifying the persons responsible in annually thereafter;<\/li>\n \t<li>periodically reminding employees of confidentiality requirements at annual employee meetings; or<\/li>\n \t<li>raising awareness of the reporting of confidentiality
